HOME OWNERSHIP PROGRAM LIST OF SERVICES

The Home Ownership Program process includes, but is not limited to the following steps:
Identify client(s) housing needs.
Determine client(s) eligibility and qualifications. Click here for Forms.
Create individual plan for client to achieve home ownership.
Facilitate credit remediation or Credit Establishment Plan for client as necessary.
Enroll client(s) in Home Ownership classes/instruction.
Provide client(s) with home purchase assistance.
Seek available financial assistance for client(s), including: down payment, closing cost and/or principal reduction as available.
Help Secure Mortgage for client(s). This step involves guiding clients) through the loan process (from selection of the lender through to loan closing and home purchase).
Home selection and purchase.
