No home ownership counseling
agency would be complete without providing
default loan counseling to assist those
individuals who have fallen on hard times and
are in danger of losing their homes. SER
provides this service to clients at all
income levels. While we work with
individuals or families of all income levels,
SER specializes in assisting families with low
to moderate incomes. Additionally, fair housing
surveys are conducted, and any fair housing
violations discovered are referred to the proper
authorities.
